Terms of Service

Last updated: 7 May 2026

Agreement

By creating an account at getpracticepulse.com you ("you", "the practitioner") agree to these terms with Live Learn Thrive Pty Ltd ("we", "us", "Practice Pulse"). Contact: [email protected].

What Practice Pulse is

Practice Pulse is a software-as-a-service dashboard for allied health clinic owners. It reads data from connected services (Cliniko, Xero, Meta Ads, Google Ads) with your authorisation and presents it back to you in summary form. We do not provide medical, financial, or legal advice. Decisions you make based on what you see in the dashboard are yours alone.

Subscription and billing

Pricing is published at getpracticepulse.com. Beta cohort access (60 days free, no card collection) is offered at our discretion to a limited number of tenants. Public access is paid via Stripe Checkout, billed monthly or annually as you choose. You may cancel anytime from the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Your responsibilities

Our responsibilities

No warranty

Practice Pulse is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service, that the data we display is free of errors, or that the insights we surface are correct. The numbers in your dashboard are derived from third-party APIs and may lag, be incomplete, or be affected by changes to those APIs outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice depending on severity. On termination, your data is retained for 30 days for export, then deleted.

Changes

We will update this page when material changes are made and notify active users by email. Continued use after notification is acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Victoria.
